The most common issue users have accessing restricted online resources is using a browser with expired cache information. Clearing your entire cache, including all cookies and site data, will typically resolve most UW NetID authentication issues. If you continue to have issues accessing resources, please see the links below for additional troubleshooting information, or call the Student Technology Consultant on duty at the Campus Library's Computing Help Desk at 425.352.3145 during all the hours the Library is open. (If you find a link that doesn't work please let us know.)
Cascadia students may have access to limited support from the Cascadia Information Services Helpdesk.
UW Bothell students may have access to limited support from The Computer Vet service located at the UW Seattle Learning Technologies Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Odegaard Undergraduate Library on the UW Seattle Campus. (UW Bothell Learning Technologies does not offer this service on the Bothell Campus)

Land Acknowledgment: The University of Washington Bothell & Cascadia College Campus Library occupies Land that has been inhabited by Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial. Specifically, this campus is located on Sammamish Land from which settler colonists forcibly removed Coast Salish Peoples to reservations in the mid-19th century. Today, descendants of the Sammamish are members of several Coast Salish communities.
