The most common issue students have accessing any online resource requiring authentication is using a browser with expired cache information. Clearing your entire cache, including all cookies and site data, will typically resolve most authentication issues, including access to email in a web browser, Canvas, the Group Study Room Reservation System, and UW's Mobile Print system. If you continue to have issues accessing resources, please see the links below for additional troubleshooting information, or call the Campus Library's Computing Help Desk at 425.352.3145 during all the hours the Library is open.
Cascadia students may have access to limited support from the Cascadia Information Services Helpdesk.
UW Bothell students may have access to limited support from The Computer Vet service located at the UW Seattle Learning Technologies Help Desk on the 2nd floor of Odegaard Undergraduate Library on the UW Seattle Campus. (UW Bothell Learning Technologies does not offer this service on the Bothell Campus)
