Information on troubleshooting Campus Library technology resources
The most common issue users have accessing restricted online resources is using a browser with expired cache information. Clearing your entire cache, including all cookies and site data, will typically resolve most UW NetID authentication issues. If you continue to have issues accessing resources, please see the links below for additional troubleshooting information, or call the Student Technology Consultant on duty at the Campus Library's Computing Help Desk at 425.352.3145 during all the hours the Library is open. (If you find a link that doesn't work please let us know.)

Check your UW NetID Affiliation - Cascadia College (open in separate window and follow instructions below)Cascadia Students, Staff, and Faculty must have a current Kodiak Account to properly affiliate their UW NetID. (You must also have already changed the temporary password for your Kodiak Account, or logged onto a Cascadia computer.) To affiliate your known UW NetID with your current Cascadia status, open the link above in a separate window, and enter your UW NetID and password. At the "Add a UW NetID affiliation" page, select the option that applies to your affiliation (Cascadia Student or Cascadia Employee) and click Next. You will be taken to the Kodiak Account authentication where you will need to enter your current Kodiak Account and password. Then follow the prompts to complete updating your affiliation.
