Campus Amenities

At UW Bothell

The Residential Village at UW Bothell is the on-campus student housing complex for UW Bothell students. University staff live and work in the Residential Village to support students and connect them to the campus community.

Below are different amenities students can find within on-campus housing:

  • Free high speed Wi-Fi: Every resident has access to free high speed wi-fi located throughout the Residential Village.
  • Cable and streaming TV: More info to come
  • Smoke- and vape-free: UW Bothell is a smoke- and vape-free campus with the exception of designated smoking areas. 
  • Study Rooms: Every residential floor in the Residential Village has at least 1 study room for residents to casually study or participate in group activities. These rooms are first come-first serve, and are not reservable.
  • Fully Furnished: All resident units are fully furnished with an extra-long twin bed/mattress, wardrobe, desk, and dresser. 
  • Kitchens: Both Summit and Forest Hall have a shared community kitchen with a sink, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Student’s utilizing these spaces should clean up after themselves and respect others using the space.

The Residential Life front desk is located in Summit Hall 111 and provides:

  • Mail & package services
  • Work orders assistance
  • Connection to Resident Directors & Capstone Management
  • Resource referral & general assistance

At Cascadia College

Emergency Housing

An Emergency Housing Guide is provided by the Health and Wellness Recreation Center (HaWRC). If a currently enrolled student taking at least 6 credits from UW Bothell or Cascadia College is homeless or at risk of losing housing, they may qualify for special funding through United Way of King County’s Benefits Hub.

The HaWRC is located in The ARC.

Hours: Monday – Thursday from 10am – 4pm. Fridays are by appointment only. To access staff outside of these hours or on a Friday, please email hawrc@uw.edu.
