The purpose of The Jane E. Decker Endowed Libraries Student Support Fund is to provide support for students employed by the University of Washington Bothell & Cascadia College Library in attending conferences, workshops, or trainings that align with their educational or career goals. Examples include: presenting the results of their undergraduate or graduate research project at a conference, participating in a diversity or community engagement workshop, and attending a training session that addresses skills needed to advance their goals.

Land Acknowledgment: The University of Washington Bothell & Cascadia College Campus Library occupies Land that has been inhabited by Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial. Specifically, this campus is located on Sammamish Land from which settler colonists forcibly removed Coast Salish Peoples to reservations in the mid-19th century. Today, descendants of the Sammamish are members of several Coast Salish communities.
