Leslie works with faculty from both Cascadia Community College (CCC) and the University of Washington Bothell (UWB) to provide support and assistance in student research activities. This includes classroom instruction and assessment, appointments with students, assisting in designing research assignments, and more.

Specific courses she frequently works with include:

CCC's English 102 - Composition II
UWB's BIS 300 - Interdisciplinary Inquiry
UWB's CUSP Discovery Cores.
