1892 Geary Act - extension of the Chinese Exclusion Act (An act to prohibit the coming of Chinese persons into the United States) Sess. I Chap. 60. 52nd Congress; May 5, 1892. You can find the full text of this law here and here.
SUMMARY The Geary Act extended the 1882 Chinese Exclusion Act for an additional 10 years, and required persons of Chinese descent to acquire and carry identification papers.
