About the Collection

The Recreational Reading Collection is a special collection designed to address the recreational and leisurely reading interests of the students, faculty and staff of Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington Bothell. We hope by making recreational reading available to the CCC and UWB campus population, the library will not only be a more friendly and inviting place, but it will also become a place where students from both institutions meet, exchange ideas and share experiences.

The recreational reading area is located on the first floor of the Library near the newspaper collection. We hope the reading area will provide an open atmosphere where all members of the campus community will be comfortable locating and reading materials from a variety of levels.
